We recommend solid colors over busy patterns, and suggest bringing 2-3 outfit options. We'll send you a detailed style guide after booking and are happy to review your outfit choices beforehand.
Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days for portrait sessions and 2-3 weeks for events. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need images sooner.
Yes! We partner with professional makeup artists and hairstylists who can be booked as an add-on to any session. This is especially popular for headshot and branding sessions.
Absolutely! Many clients bring a friend or partner for support. However, we ask that visitors remain in our lounge area during shooting to minimize distractions.
Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session deposit. We understand emergencies happen and handle them on a case-by-case basis.
