Everything you need to know about starting or deepening your practice at ZenFlow.

We recommend our 'Foundations' class designed specifically for beginners. You'll learn proper alignment, basic poses, and breathing techniques in a supportive environment. All of our instructors are trained to offer modifications, so you can also join any Level 1 class feeling confident.
Just yourself and comfortable, stretchy clothing! We provide premium yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets for all classes. Bring a water bottle if you'd like, though we have filtered water stations. For hot yoga classes, bring a towel.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to complete a brief health form and get oriented to the studio. This gives you time to settle in, meet your instructor, and set up your space without feeling rushed.
Absolutely! Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a prerequisite. Yoga meets you where you are. Our instructors provide modifications for every body type and ability level. Many of our most dedicated students started feeling very inflexible.
Yes! We have specialized prenatal yoga classes twice weekly, taught by instructors with additional prenatal certification. These classes safely adapt poses for each trimester and prepare your body and mind for childbirth.
