What They Say

From the Chair

Real talk from real clients. We let our work speak.

"Heavy did my entire sleeve over six sessions. Never rushed, always focused on getting it right. The design process alone was worth it—he turned my vague idea into something I'll wear proudly forever."

Jake Morrison

Jake Morrison

Firefighter at Brooklyn

"As a woman with visible tattoos in a corporate job, I was nervous. The team at Ink & Iron treated me with total respect and helped me design something bold but professional. Zero judgment, all artistry."

Sarah Chen

Sarah Chen

Finance Manager at Manhattan

"Yuki's blackwork is on another level. I flew in from LA specifically for her. Worth every penny and every mile. The precision, the flow—it's art you'd hang on a wall, except it's on my arm."

FAQ

Before You Get Inked

Everything you need to know before your session.

Still Got Questions?
Honestly? Yeah, it's a needle going into your skin. But it's manageable—most people describe it as a hot scratching sensation. Some areas hurt more (ribs, feet, inner arm), some less (outer arm, thigh). We'll help you prepare.
Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal before you come, stay hydrated, and skip the alcohol for 24 hours. Wear comfortable clothes that give easy access to the area being tattooed. Bring snacks if you want.
One support person is welcome if it helps you stay calm. But please, no entourages—space is limited and we need to focus. Your friend should be prepared to wait quietly.
No shame in that. We can stop anytime, finish another day. Your body, your limits. We've tattooed marathon runners and people who need a break every 20 minutes. Both are totally fine.
Absolutely. We've covered up everything from ex-names to regrettable flash from the '90s. Book a consultation—we'll assess the existing work and design something that makes you forget it was ever there.
We have a dedicated piercer on staff for ears, face, and body piercings. Same sterile standards, same professional approach. Walk-ins welcome for piercings, no appointment needed.

Ready to commit?

Walk-ins welcome, but appointments get priority. Book a free consultation and let's make something permanent.
